CHOREOGRAPHY

Customized choreography for any type of performance or routine. One on One only. As a professional fitness competitor Oksana has worked hard to express her choreographic vision. This a very personal, creative process. Get a performance you love. Location is LA.

CUSTOMIZED TRAINING

Oksana has years of experience helping athletes build their bodies, whether for the competition stage or for the playing field. The same principles apply to those of you who may be new to the gym. A healthy body makes for a happier and more productive person. Build muscle, lose fat, improve the health of your heart and mind, and relieve some of the stress of everyday life.

CUSTOMIZED NUTRITION

Proper nutrition is key to having a healthy body and living a healthy lifestyle. Food is the fuel that gives you energy both in the gym, and to get through your day at work or home. But fuel that isn’t used becomes weight we don’t want. Weight gain and weight loss can be as easy as simple math, calories consumed minus calories burned. Whether you’re prepping for a competition, or trying to lose unwanted fat, Oksana can help you set reasonable goals and make use of your current shopping list to help you reach them.

POSING INSTRUCTIONS

For those who are interested in competing, let Oksana teach you how to display your best self on stage. During a one-on-one consultation, she can show you how to highlight your strengths, create graceful transitions, and present your most perfect physique to the judges and audience.

What I would I ask of you is a regular report of your progress–weight, diet, any changes you make in your program.  You should be absolutely honest with me. Remember that by cheating on the program, you cheat yourself.  Then, I can make changes to the program, based on your results.  Also, I will need you to send me pictures of your body each week (front, sides, back).  This will also help me to check your progress and change your program, as necessary.
